They should include connection gel in the kit otherwise works well

This is the second one I have bought (gift for a friend / second one didn’t have little pots of gel in like the first I bought - hence deducting a star - but you can just use your own moisturiser or baby lotion).It is great for joint pain and you can really control the amount of current you use.Have even been brave and used on my face as it helps to tighten skin.

Had one of these for years (not this make) it broke so I bought this one and it’s unusable, it gives electric shock through the hand holding it no matter what I do, the lowest setting is too strong too. Not worth the postage to send it back, I’ll order a better one from another company.
