I was very disappointed when I received the item and even more so when I discovered it can't be returned. I ordered the adapter for the office and when it arrived it is a charger that is for a car not an outlet. The picture is a plug so I assumed that is what I was getting so this is useless to me now and can't be returned. I wish the picture was accurate and I would have realized it wasn't what I needed.

A life saver. Well, maybe not a lifesaver, but a P-Touch battery saver. My P-Touch devours batteries even if it sits on the shelf turned off. This works great!

Item is defective. I used it one time then unplugged it from the wall and a prong stayed in the outlet

Works as described w/ my Brother PT-1830.

Same as the T-power unit - plug isn't exactly the correct size for the power socket so it doesn't work unless you hold the plug at just the correct angle to make contact.

I'm so glad I made this purchase and can stop wasting my money on triple aaa batteries it works great!
