I've looked at all of the pictures and the descriptions and nowhere do I see what the active ingredient is. What is it?

Hello! The active ingredients in the Activate II Collar are 4% Deltamethrin and 0.5% Pyriproxyfen.

Can I use with the tevrapet drops as well?

I'm 99 % sure that you use one or the other . So your pet doesn't get too much of the medicine . There are natural flea killers you could try . But if the drops or collar alone don't work for you I think it's time to try something else . Perhaps Suresto collar or drops . The Terra didn't work so I had to spend the extra money and get suresto . Or try Frontline both recommend by my vet for otc flea kill .

Are there 2 collars in tin?

It looks like this container has two. My husband ordered them, so I can't say for sure. I do know that these collars have worked fabulously on our cats and dog. We tried the $70 ones that worked very well for about 30 days, then they were useless. We bought these and haven't had to change them - really good protection.
