I don’t do yoga but I use this mat for daily stretching, leg-toning exercises and ab workouts. The 72” length is great for all my workout needs and the mat is non-slip on my basement’s Berber carpet. The mat is comfortable, soft and cushioning but firm. It can be wiped down with just a little soapy water and dried off immediately. The mat had no smell at all straight out of the package but I did put hand weights on the edges overnight, which flattened the ends completely. The mat rolls easily and can be stored in the mesh bag. It also came with straps. I highly recommend.

This double layered yoga mat is very comfy to sit on. Extra thick 6mm is the right thickness for me. I feel so comforable in using it. The patterns of both sides are non-slip or non-skid. It let's me feel full safety when I do exercises. The strap and bag come with the mat make it really helpful in packing and carrying to gym or outdoors.

Great quality with fine trimming on the edge, dying also good which won’t messed up your cloth, the thickness can fit tough conditions like gravel ground. appropriate size match people with different height.

This yoga mat came with great packaging and decent quality. It should be a big surprise to my dear wife as a gift. And it definitly was.

Not too cushy and not too thin - just right to maintain balance and support.

The mat is lovely, but it doesn't feel 'extra thick' to me- and my hands slide out from under me during downward dog. Slippery, not sure how to combat that. My cat, however, thinks this mat is delicious, so there is that.
