I have had a BowFlex for many years. It was time to cut down on the amount of space taken up in our basement for exercise equipment. This bench is awesome. Right size, sturdy, folds up and can easily be moved out of the way.

Order was late no fault to the seller. Customer service credited the shipping and handling back.

Have had the bench for a while now and I really like it. Easy to fold up and move out of the way while still be very sturdy and durable. Easy to adjust to different positions. Nice cushioning and haven't had a problem with it moving or leaning which can happen with a cheaper made product. I would recommend this bench based on my experiences

The method of selling a $35 item and then charging $29 in shipping is bad enough but to make a buyer for the shipping return guarantees that it is not worth buying. Yes I kept the item since returning it would require at least another $29. Lesson learned.The item is sturdy but is heavier than another bench I have plus it does not fold flat enough to store easily.

Comes fully assembled! Light weight but still very sturdy and rugged. Easy fold-and-go feature for portability and storage. Great size for small spaces. Highly recommend! ORDERED 4 DAYS AGO, SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY IN 1 MONTH. ARRIVED IN ONLY 3 DAYS!

Compact size, has features most people would want, already assembled

I have it for about a year. Pretty good for home workouts.

It’s well built. Definitely great for a beginner. Not as sturdy as I would have liked. My husband to bench press and me to do step ups with weights. If you are tight on space, a beginner and you need to move it around, this would be great. It did not fit my needs however.

Bench was really easy to put together when it arrived. All structural members, joints and welds feel strong to take a good amount of weight on the bench. Cushion is comfortable and the print design on the seat cover with red piping all around makes it look really cool. Both cushion's on the bench are height adjustable and it is pretty easy to adjust with pins and support provided. It folds neatly for storage, been having a great experience using it.

This product came missing the piece to secure the seat and no foam pads for lift as pictured on the product and the box. They remedied the problem as quickly as they could during a pandemic and I did get all of my parts

Like everyone else I'm stuck at home trying to find a way to keep in shape.And unlike some others, I don't have the room for a full blown at home gym.So this little bench is a perfect addition to my setup.It folds super compact and tucks away in the closet, but folds out and is a sturdy bench.The image says 330lbs but my full bodyweight and a couple of dumbbells easily goes over and the thing holds up perfectly.I'd recommend it to anyone.

Easy to install and fold. Ajustable height which I could adjust with my sit-up. Nice small size to store and good quality.

The bench itself is decent. The seat should have a plate for reinforcement, however for people under 280lbs it should last a long while.The collapsed position was great for getting out of the way.The foot anchor was a little too tight for my legs. Once again, a light/medium build would have less problems fitting it.
