Can the shoe lace go through this hole?** A: Bead lace--like plastic string you use to make kids bead bracelets-- if it's the size I have (1mm in diameter) goes through just fine. Fuzzy pipe cleaners go through as well and so does 1/8 inch satin ribbon with a little crinkling at the edges. **Q: What kind of needles are needed for this canvas?** A: Most needles will fit through the holes okay, but I recommend size 24 or 26 tapestry needles and three strands of embroidery floss. **Q: Is this correct?
