Review: Works well - This definitely works to keep pressure off the current wound. I blew it up to where it was too firm at first, then had to let a little air out and it was more comfortable to lay on. It's not comfortable for 24/7 use but alternating with a few hours on this and a few hours with other pillows has kept the sore in question manageable.
