If you are getting these to help with mask loops that aren't quite long enough, I would look elsewhere. Unless you plan on wearing this by your neck, these will keep sliding down the back of your head. The problem with wearing these closer to the neck instead of directly behind the ears is that it puts pressure on the bridge of your nose and cheeks. It also rests the loops on the top of your ears and I can see that causing blisters after repeated pressure. When you speak or mumble...this is as good as tugging the mask down (especially with KN95 and KF masks). 3 mumbles and the mask is already pulled to the tip of your nose if you don't have a wide flat nose type of anatomy.No happy with them so I gave them away to the frontliners. Now I am back to searching for ones that have some kind of non-slip to them. These are silicone but not non-slip in texture. The isolation masks fit me fine, the KNs and KFs seem like they make them for teens and smaller adults. How do they not have bleeding ears from the tight loops??

If you have a small face and standard ear loops are too long for you, this is a great solution.

Wow what a difference! I am a frontline worker and I have to wear a mask all day. My ears get sore from the elastic and the mask does not fit me tight enough. These silicone masks extenders take care of both problems. There are 3 places on the strap you can put the elastic on to adjust the pull against your face. You get more than one in a pack.I also can put the strap behind my neck or higher up on top of my head. I tried head a head band with buttons but this caused a vice like feeling around my head causing a headache. I tried a few other things like knotting the elastic but that eventually would not work when the elastic stretched out from wearing the mask all day. These silicone extenders work great!

I like that these allow me to put my mask on and hook it with these instead of my ears which already have my glasses and hearing aids hanging on them....I was warned by my audiologist that I should be careful with masks and hooking them over my ears with my hearing aids there...she has had many cases of lost hearing aids as when masks are removed, the hearing aids sometimes come off with them and are lost. The cost is great...these are a lifesaver and are very easy to use.

I have received 8 fabric clothes from my employer to wear. I was hoping to relieve my ear strain as most behind the ear masks do not fit me very well at all. Maybe my head/face is big, I don't know. Got these out of the package and was extremely disappointed that these do not work for any mask other than the simple disposable surgical masks. Not recommended unless you have a small face and all you're going to wear are masks with smalls ear bands.

I bought this for the entire family. My son uses it the most and loves it.The band extension prevents mask elastics from pulling your ears. Luckily, I haven't the need for it yet. Most of my N95, KF94 mask have fit snuggly. But for tight elastics on some fabric sewn masks, these come in handy.

When I need to wear cloth masks for a decent amount of time, the straps pull on my ears in a way that hurts (I have cartilage piercings) and also my glasses constantly fall off if I look down because they're sitting on top of the elastic straps.This product was the complete solution for these problems: no more ears hurting and no more glasses falling off as I can adjust it so the elastic doesn't go right on top of my ears. The band is very soft and stretchy and doesn't catch in my (very long) hair. You can adjust it to be high on your head, or in the middle, or low on your head. The cloth masks fit better around the sides of my face as well.The only downside, I think, is that without cord ties it's hard to get the elastic to stay. However, cord ties are extremely cheap, and so I just purchased some for my masks that don't have them and this band is very secure now (as long as you pull the cord tie close against the back circles on the mask extender).Absolutely so glad I purchased this.

I tried all the other kind offered here. I have hearing aids and using the ear loops interfere with the aids. When I take the mask off with the loops my hearing aids goes flying off also ! The other kind just do not seem to be as well designed and harder to use. I put the mask around my head or neck and put up the mask going in a store etc.They stay on, are comfortable and easy to use.
