Due to a catastrophic accident, my fascial bodywide got stuck, leaving me unable to walk much because on the feet it's like plantar fasciitis, except in my case it was the whole foot, sides, top through arch, and heel, going up the legs as well. In addition, it worked its way up into my hands as well. What a nightmare! Totally. Anyway, using these cups that can be twisted into oblong shapes made it possible to cup all areas of my foot, except the back of the heel and knuckles on my fingers. Anyway, these were a GODSEND in the condition I was in! Thankfully, though I still have a ways to go before function is normal again, these have helped IMPROVE my condition immensely. I have been able to recommend them to the myofascial therapists who work on me! They likewise are impressed! BUY THEM! You will not regret it!

Love love love Lure Cups. I now own 3 sets- 2 of the cone shaped cups and this 1 set of the 10 piece Ionic Energy Cups. These Lure cups are perfect for moving, flash and stationary Cupping. I love the size and the easy of application. My family and clients love these! I am a LMT with Cupping Training via Ace Medicupping.I just sit them on a heating pad or heat them in my steamer to add another level of relaxation.

I am pleased to say this cupping set is of very good quality with an extra bonus of magnetic ions and have helped my foot pain tremendously!!! More than I expected! I am new to cupping therapy myself but grew up in a cultural family who used small jars, a coin, and match sticks😬 as cupping therapy to alleviate back pain. I know it sounds dangerous af but now that I inherited some of those same bone and joint issues I’m SO glad there is safer and effective options! Lure essentials being one I would highly recommend!I suffer from scoliosis, fibromyalgia and arthritis and combined I believe causes the soles of my feet to throb so badly at times. I don’t take pain medication and I really doubted these would help or be able to use these on my feet. I don't really do a review on a regular basis, but I do for the ones that do an excellent job. I've had several aches n' pains on different parts of my body, that includes my lower/mid-back, shoulders, legs, hips, thighs, ankles & my foot (due to plantar fasciitis). I try n' experiment on different kinds of treatments wether it's topical or oral. Some relieves the pain, n' some doesn't work at all.I don't stop there, till I get to explore all my options. Thanks to high technology, n' my iPad I found this cupping w/c I've been contemplating to do, but wasn't sure how to go about. I heard n' see this on massage parlors, but it's made of glass or something hard n' I don't want to follow this on my own.Thankfully I came across this on Amazon n' yes I promised myself, let's give it a try coz' this one's very portable n' easy to use. And it's made of silicon & small magnetic metals w/c I believe will be helpful to relieve n' probably remove the pain eventually. Believe me, in just three days (or even just 24 hours after I started using it) placed it in different parts of my aching parts of the body, it all went away. That's the reason for the 5 STARS 😊 I highly recommend it.

I bought for personal use - product description states can be used on muscles, joints & plantar - there is absolutely no strong suction, they're uncomfortable, due to edges are rough. I found that for top of foot they work well but that's it- I did receive a follow-up email from the manufacturer so I was pleased with their customer service follow up- return & credit was easy

I find that this well-functioning set of cups works best on small, uneven areas of the body, such as encircling the knee joint. However, I don't think they are best for all areas because of their small size. So for me, I still need the larger cups from my other sets most of the time. Also, it's not as easy to adjust the amount of suction with this set as you can with pump cupping sets.But, don't get me wrong; whether these will be your first set of cups or an addition to your collection of cups, they are very useful.If, like me, you're not a "professional," it's good to remember that cupping therapy is an ancient home remedy. My daughter and I learned cupping from a man from the "old country." Cupping therapy is easy and beneficial. The company, LURE, has good literature and videos, if you need guidance.

Once I found another way to apply the cups, I was totally satisfied. You don't have to place them upside down and flip them for suction, I just put it on flat and push the top in and my skin sucks firmly up. They really are good for the pain and the circle imprint only stay on me for around an hour and the pain is gone for hours. I use them two nights on and one off to break up scar tissue in my kneethat has had me crying for three years. No more tears.

I LOVE these! I keep them nearby where I watch TV, and I just pop them on my legs or back whenever I feel a little tight. When I'm in real pain from fascial adhesions in my legs, the suction of these cups helps bring back good lymphatic flow as the superficial facia releases, and the suction provided a great distraction from the pain as the proprioceptors (nerves that sense touch) override the nocioceptors (nerves that sense pain)! I like to use them at their max suction, but for my elderly mother who has poor lymphatic flow in her legs and arthritic hands, I love that this set has an easy way to lightly squeeze and create a minimal suction just by turning them inside out! I bought mom a set, too!
