My teenage son has a real problem with excessive ear wax. We tried many remedies, but this is what worked for us. After showering, which softens the wax a bit, he tilts his ear toward the sink and uses this to squirt warm water into the ear. A few flushes and most of the wax is gone. I highly recommend this over all other remedies for excessive ear wax.

I use to clean my kid's nose. These are both thicker and more durable than expected, but also softer in the hand and easier to squish than the hospital grade one I was using before. The fact that they don't have two separate parts also makes them impossible to split at the seam, which is what inevitably happens after a few weeks. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend it.

Every few months, one of my ears decides to get blocked, so I have repurchased this multiple times. I wish it came with a cup because in order to use this effectively, you need to fill a cup with water, suck it up into the syringe, and then push that into your ear. Other than that, this works well. I used to go to urgent care to get my ears cleaned out but this does the trick, it just takes a bit getting used to if you have not done it before.

This is gigantic sized. It is bigger than it looks. That is good for continuous irrigation, but large for storage.

Used it for an ear wash out. Worked as expected. Good suction and capacity.

Recently started using hearing aids so bought this to help with ear wax. Works well. I use in the shower with warm water thus not needing a catch basin.

Finally! For the past week I have been searching for one of these. Perfect! Should get my ear cleared in no time.

I've small ear holes & one was completely blocked with wax. It took many attempts but I was successfully able to unblock it with this nifty bulb syringe. Now I can hear again-- yay!. FYI I used eardrops for 2 days prior, and when I did the flush I used warm water with 3% hydrogen peroxide added.

I use this to clean my fountain pens. It works great!
