GreetingsI am writing to make you aware of the shortcomings of this toy as advertised. THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE REVIEW, but an honest assessment of what to expect from this toy.1. This Is not an off road toyas one would think when they hear the words OFF ROAD. This was designed for mostly smooth and/or water surfaces.2. The transmitter that I received has no on/off button as the instruction sheet indicates.3.The transmitter has no linear throttle (gradual speed up, gradual slow down), which means when you move the sticks the motors are receiving 100 power. The way you drive it is to bump both sicks to move straight forward/ backward. I bring this up because if a child wanted to play indoors for any reason be prepared for furniture crashes.4. I bought two of these to spend some outdoor time with an autistic child (read this as get him off of the tablet). If you can live without the off road claim and you think $30 is a good price, this could be a fun toy.5. ONE WORD OF CAUTION! If you use this as a water toy,over time water will find its way in. The two things on the front that look like eyes are drain ports. quarter turn is all you need. Make sure to close them when you are done draining the water.6. ONE MORE WORD OF CAUTION! Try to resist the urge to overtighten the battery hatch screws, they only need to be snug.Good luck!

The media could not be loaded.  Fast delivery and very good value for the price. Bought this RC car for my little one’s 4 yr old birthday. He was so surprised and excited at it. The package comes with the car, a remote control, a rechargeable battery and a small screwdriver. It is easy to assemble. The Amphibious RC car can run on both side. We tried on the hard floor, carpet inside. and it also works well on the ground and grass outside. My little ones love to see the car flipping over and rotation. It is easy to play with. Even my 2 yrs old son can make it move and run fast. Very good choice for the birthday gift.

This is the coolest little car. It rips across terrain with agility and considerable ease.However, sadly, after just a minute in water the left wheels completely stopped responding to the remote control. The right side still responds. I drained the water spout and am waiting to see if it dries out.But I’m bummed that it failed so quickly. Based off other reviews I assume I got a defecting product. Will send back if it continues.

I’m not sure what gift to give to my friend’s 5 years old boy as his birthday gift. I was browsing on Amazon and noticed this toy. It seems like a new toy and looks fun. I’m so glad I gave it a try! My friend told me his son absolutely loves his new toy! I highly recommend this as a gift to kids!

This remote control car broke already. We have used it carefully. Now it won’t hold a charge for more than 3 minutes. I am so sorry I spent money on thisUPDATE I have had two attempts by the company to get me to remove this review. They offered me $30 to take it down. Well, this review represents my honest experience with this filter. I am now suspicious of all their other “great” reviews.

I bought this for my 11yr old Nephew for his Birthday.I am now the coolest Aunt ever!!!This little guy is great, entertaining as all get out, and kept the boys busy for hours. The batteries needing charging was the only thing that made it a little difficult.But a great gift, a wonderful buy.Thumbs way up ya'll

I have had this for a few weeks. Today was my first time giving it a real test. It survived fist sized boulders and mud without issue. I then drove it straight into a lake, it drove around in the water without any problems. Well worth the money.

I originally purchase this item for my grandchildren, however I love playing with the remote control vehicle also, this is such a fun toy. When taking my puppies for a walk they go crazy chasing the toy back and forth, and to be honest, they've managed to catch it a few times, causing no issues with it. This is a very sturdy product which I've learned from experience. I would definitely purchase this again.
