I used the Oxidant Liquid Developer 100ml RefectoCi from Amazon. I used 10 drops to a 2cm amount of tint.

What is the difference between this and salonsystem "dye" (this is "tint")

This tint will temporarily dye the eyelash and eyebrow hair
