I was skeptical, but I figured if it didn't work I could return it.But it worked.To be sure, the results aren't instantaneous, and it take several sessions to remove the plaque, depending on the size of the problem, but while using it you can see the plaque slowly turning to mush, which is easily washed away.It comes with one of those mirrored devices that help you see where you're excavating, and there is a light on the device itself. There is also an attachment for polishing teeth, which I haven't used yet.I recommend this product.
