Great for chicken
I love this marinade mix for chicken! I usually mix it half/half with either Brazilian Steakhouse mix or Montreal Steak mix, as the mesquite tends to be a little bit strong on its own. Very tasty!

Glad to find it on Amazon
I was very happy to find this on Amazon. For some reason, my local stores are not carrying it anymore. Good price and a great product.

Takes the “gamey” taste out of deer meat.
I used the mesquite flavored marinade for a deer steak to take the gamey taste out of it and to add some flavor to it. Maybe I let it soak a little too long, 3 hours. It gave it a bit of a bitter aftertaste. Not bad but a little too strong for my preference. I will try the others but maybe not let the steak sit in the marinade quite so long. You add 1/3 cup each of water and oil and mix in the contents of the packet and it is just the right amount for a good sized steak.

Bomb
Love this on steak and hamburgers. Have not tried it on other meats yet, but I am sure it would also be great. I have been using melted coconut oil for my mixture. It gives that smokey flavor that you usually need a real grill to achieve.

McCormick Mesquite Marinade is a Winner
I absolutely love this product. I couldn't find it in my local store. I have marinated chicken overnight and cooked it in the air fryer and it was chef's kiss.
