TransOurDream Heat Transfer Paper for T Shirts (20 Sheets, 8.5x11") Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl for Inkjet Printer Iron on Transfers for Light & White Fabrics (Trans-1)

I like making shirts and patches, so I was looking into options for what was possible at home. I could have gone the DIY route, but my printer uses inkjet, which is more difficult to get a workaround, so I opted for this. It comes with ten sheets of thick paper with a branded side. How to use : - Load inkjet printer with paper branded side facing up, print image mirrored onto the paper (I use HP Smart for this), cut out design, place onto fabric, iron on high heat with good pressure. Let dry. Iron once again just to make sure and let cool for optimal transfer. PROS : - Easy Transfer - Clear Image - In Depth Instructions on Packet - Holds up in washing machine on normal cycle. Other Notes/Tips : - Image backgrounds are white, so you do have to cut out anything extra if you want just the image itself. Any negative space will print white. They do make a black version, though. - It took me a few tries to get the hang of the ironing portion, so my first few transfers had missing parts or faded sections, but it wasn’t that difficult. - This is not a vinyl transfer, so be prepared for whatever you’re printing to be raised on the fabric. It has a paper like texture to it, which I personally like, but I can understand not enjoying that.

Low ease of use. Difficult to peel so makes it a not a happy experience. Durability is okay peels off in few washes. Value is great but with these two reduced to good.

Some transfer papers were on the fabric of the t-shirt nicely, but unfortunately, others did not transfer well, the image got stuck on the actual transfer paper after ironed it and let it cool before peeling it. I got frustrated after 3 t-shirts were damaged, so I ended up asking a profesional to help me with the rest of the transferring with her own machine. Unfortunately, not even 3 days passed and I noticed that the transferred pictures, already on the T-shirts, were actually cracking! if I touch it, I knew it will peel off! I almost cried seeing all this work going to waste and I knew that the images on the t-shirts were not going to last. I ended up pasting a fabric glue coating over it to avoid the picture to continues cracking and I was glad that the images looked more flexible when manage. These T-shirts were a gift for my little students, so they can wear it on the last day of school. As a teacher, I wanted to give something special. I prayed for the image of the t-shirts to last at least for that day! In that day, while my students had them on, I did notice some of the images began to crack! At the end, just like I thought, the images did not last at all, and after washing it for the first time it did not go well. I know, because my students’ parents told me that the image started to peel off after the first delicate wash (inside out) without placing it in the drier. This ended up a waist of money because during the process, I had to buy a second packet to use more transfer sheets since the previous ones did not work, and I bought other t-shirts too, for obvious reasons! Let’s be clear that it is not my first time doing this type of project, I am very thorough about following directions, sadly, I won’t be buying this brand anymore.

My first try didn't work out for me.. My press was too hot and melted the whole transfer into the fabric. I'm not ruling it out as I decided to use the dark transfers and they require a hotter press, which works better for my needs. This is still a good product. I just have to figure out what to use them for.

I tried this transfer paper for t-shirts, and it was really easy to use. Just make sure you apply enough heat evenly over the whole design. I pressed it twice to help it stick better. Used this to make return gifts. If you use the white sheets you can print only on light colored fabrics. That is the tip for beginners like me. Super easy to use. Fun holiday activity for big kids. The print will fade or gradually damage after a few washes. (I used an hp printer and iron box.)

This paper is more tricky to iron on, I get's stuck on the teflon sheet, also if you ironed beyond the teflon sheet it will leave a black/brown marking and it does not wash off. Make sure your project is completely cool before removing the teflon paper. For pressing leverage, I stand on a foot stool, moving the hot iron from center out, slowly. The 2 teflon sheets suppose to be included, It was not inside the package. I don't recommend this product

With so many themed days at school it’s hard to keep up, so I purchased these sheets to create my own designs and iron on to a shirt for my kids. Cheaper alternative to purchasing new clothes that are going to be worn once. The shirts washed really well and the design stayed put.

Simplemente no le pongo cero porque no es posible, no es utilizable y mira, ya he usado otras marcas, simplemente no pasa ninguna imagen y arruina la ropa.
