Symantec Norton Security Deluxe – 3 Devices – 1 Year Subscription [PC/Mac/Mobile Key Card]

Been using Norton for years and have always been happy with the protection and it's ability to solve the rare infection problem. Appreciate the occasional alerts about new viruses and malware that have been discovered. Paid about $30.00 for this, far less than Norton's renewal fee, so it was a very good deal. Very Happy with the product and the price. Will buy again, and again, and again ...Oh, it's also great that the program can be used on several machines. It keeps my lady friend's computer safe, also.Transferring to a new machine (my friend had to replace her computer) isn't difficult.I'm very happy with this Norton product!~

Ok first things first, i bought this and had it delivered to Jamaica, it didnt work right away and the problem was that it was not for my country so i contacted Norton and they fixed that easily, the delivery was on time and the product works really good, it even found a KEYGEN on its first scan. I give it an "A"

I've used Norton products for decades -- sometimes I've switched to others. Norton Security is a good product but I think that Symantec could do better. The "security" product performs well but I dislike the user interface -- so tough to find what you need.

This highly rated security package installed easily on both Windows 7 and Windows 10. I had to contact (via chat) their tech support to get it installed on my MacBookPro, but they were able to help me do so. NSD runs well and updates itself beautifully.

Terrible experience. Bought this in July/August this year. Tried to install & Norton chat line tells me that the Key Code is invalid & Amazon ripped me off.I've been buying Norton for years, but never had this treatment. What is up? I bought it do I could use on my laptop & smartphone + have an extra usage so I would not have to renew Lookout. What should I do? I have the order number, etc.I don't know how to contact Norton. I don't see an email on their material. Otherwise, I have to deal with people in Phillipines. Help!!!

I loved this product at first. Now after using it for a few months I keep getting messages that Norton has changed my homepage to MSN and wants to restart my computer. I have put it back to my correct homepage and even blocked MSN, but it doesn't matter. It keeps doing the same thing. I was on chat with Norton for almost 2 hours while they took over my computer to uninstall and reinstall Norton, but the problem is not fixed. Now someone else is supposed to call me from Norton. It only seems to be a problem with Internet Explorer. Firefox and Google is no problem. I did notice while Norton was in control of my computer that Internet Explorer worked correctly when they uninstalled Norton Security, but as soon as they reinstalled it the same problem came back.I also called Norton phone support first (at least that is the number that I was given). I suspect it was not really Norton because this foreign guy who I couldn't even understand told me I was not protected because Norton Security doesn't have a firewall (mine shows it does). He wanted to upgrade me to Premium for a cost. He got mad at me when I said no. He told me it would be my fault when my computer got infected! I told him Norton was supposed to be protecting me. One of us hung up (maybe both of us at the same time).I have been using Norton for years and never had any problems like this. I also can't turn on my Windows Firewall because it says Norton is controlling it. Norton did thoroughly check my computer for any suspicious activity and found none. I also have a Maleware program that I've checked my computer with too.

This is an excellent product, however,; always keep your product key code handy. Norton added me on my MacBook if I wanted to upgrade for free, after approximately 30 time of a box appearing on my screen, I clicked on it. Well, the program took away all of Norton info & programs from my computer. They are asking for a credit card number or product key number. Now I am looking all over to find my product key. If you have a problem with your Norton product you will be talking to someone out of the USA. Buyer beware!

I was able to install the program on my first computer (with a glitch) that a computer guru friend helped clear up. I tried installing it on my second computer and the product key didn't work. I was referred to Norton Tech Support at 877-604-7847 and they got my permission to log in to my computer with Logme in Rescue. After indicating that there were numerous malicious files on my computer, apparently my previously installed Norton product hadn't been effective, they listed two options I should consider. The first was for 2 years support (MS) + 4 years Security (Norton) for $300.00 and the second for 4 years support (MS) + 6 years security (Norton) for $500.00. Nothing was indicated about my Norton Product Key and getting the Norton product I called about installed. This upset me, I thought it was a scam. I shut the computer down. I won't try installing it on my other two computers. I'll look for another solution.
