My breakfast
On subscription as they're really nice, creamy yoghurt with just enough sharpness and sweetness from the raspberry - perfect combination. Not too much fat and a good helping of protein.

Pleasantly surprised
I should be honest here and admit that all I was really hoping for was a healthy-ish snack that doesn’t taste like cardboard or cause digestive issues. So far, these are delicious and haven’t caused any stomach problems or anything. I think they’re really good value for money too. I know that there are snacks with higher protein content and things like that but if, like me, you just want a decent quality snack that makes you feel full for a little while in between meals then this’ll do the trick.

I swear by these. They’re great value, working out at about 50p a flapjack. Decent protein, good carbs and they taste amazing. Great for on the go (e.g. at work, on a hike etc.)
