My back cover for my phone was shattered and unsightly after I dropped my phone. I purchased this cover to repair it and, after a 10 minute repair, it looks brand new again. It even has the identical Samsung brand name on it.The easy way to replace the back panel is to heat it up using a hair dryer or other gentle heat source to soften the adhesive strip that holds it in place, (I used an electric baseboard heater to heat mine up). Then use the included tools to pry up a corner and peel it off.Installing the new one was easy. Warm it up, stick it in place and you're good to go.There are no electronics or gizmos that fall out when you work on the back panel so it's as simple as it sounds (unlike a screen repair).

Comes with everything you need to install it, minus the hair dryer. Followed a YouTube instructional on how to do it and had it done in under 10 minutes. Looks brand new! Until I dropped the phone a few days later and cracked the front screen then just did a warranty replacement of the whole phone, oh well.To sum it up if you're slightly handy this back cover is great! You'd never know it wasn't factory original when you get done.

It's not a totally easy fix .. But my back glass was totally shattered, so the repair might be more precarious than most. I ended up with glass shards everywhere when removing my cover, and was quite fearful about how much to pull /cut when removing it. (I ended up using a sharp perry knife and toothpicks to cut and pry along with the supplied tools.Ultimately , I watched a couple random online videos and got the gist of the repair procedures and made it work by trial and error.I would have given it a perfect review IF they had instructions of ANY sort.. Or even DIRECT links to How To sites for my class of phone. They had none of that, only a vague reference to watch their "video" to learn more.Fortunately, it seems most Samsung phones are essential the same so general instructions can be interpreted from nearly any video of a back glass replacent .. Not from this manufacturer tho. Those, I never did find.Lastly, while my phone is supposedly water resistant, I wouldn't venture to test it out after this replacent. I'm not sure what water profs the interior of the phone, but this seal is definately not reliable while submerged.All said and done, my phone now looks factory new, with Samsung logo and everything.

Got this to replace a screen on a S20 that got cracked from a car accident. Since I like to tinker with electronics, this handy kit has all the tools I need. Working on my old all-in-one sony computer to just to see what makes it tick.

This was broken on delivery. The case was so thin I could see how it was broken. Junk at best. I ended up buying a great one. It is on my reviews.

The installation is a headache, but nothing to do with the product and more issue of the way how they have them glued instead of bolted... the product looks premium as if that's how the phone came in.

Excellent replacement for my broken back to my Samsung phone, this got shipped half way round the world to me within days. It came with lots of helpful tools. It took me about 10 minutes to remove and install the new back. Would recommend this to anyone who has cracked their back glass

This was straight forward to install! Thank goodness for that as it came with no instructions and no tools (instructions were for screen and I bought the back panel). Time will tell if it holds up but so far it's a massive improvement as it's not shattered like my old one 😂
