Florsheim for the win!!!
Nothing like a brand new pair of Florsheim shoes. I'm concerned with some of these comments I see. The quality the comfort and the consistency. It's all here. Same Ole Florsheim. Dress shoes basics. ALWAYS pre-crease, NEVER just put them on. That means take out the stuffing and slowly bend invisible creases into the shoe as close to natural bend as possible. ALWAYS make sure you have shoe trees. Never wear your shoes every day, more like every 2 or 3 days. If they are genuine leather like ALL Florsheim shoes, then they need to rest, cure and dry. If you drag your feet, Florsheim shoes are not for you. If you are hard on shoes Florsheim shoes are not for you. While these are EXTREMELY high quality you can ruin a pair very quickly by treating them like a pair Stacy Adam's.

These are really nice looking shoes
These are really nice looking shoes, but in my experience ran a bit long. I don't wear a lot of dress shoes quite frankly, but was trying to neaten up my wardrobe a bit. These shoes really look fantastic, every time I wear them I receive compliments. I've worn them for maybe 30-40 hours and the edges by the ankle are just starting to soften up. If I run into any issues with them over time not softening up enough I'll report back.Otherwise, these look great, seem to be of excellent quality, and have very comfortable soles/arch support. I hope that they will break in so I can put some more miles on them!

Florsheim Montinaro's - Begin Building Your Wardrobe on a Budget
Florsheim Montinaro's cost substantially less than even entry level handmade shoes (Allen Edmonds), so as a young (poor) working professional, I ended up buying five pairs in varying styles and sizes. Here are my recommendations:1. They fit true to size; they're a little large, but not enough to go down a half size. I wear 10.5 D with athletic socks on, but size 10 D with dress socks. The three pairs of Florsheims I have in size 10 D all fit well; the 10.5 D pair is too large, the 9.5 D pair is too small (same as Allen Edmonds). The single monk strap Florsheims tend to feel the most loose, because there's nothing to cinch down around the ball of my foot. I don't really care for the single monk straps; they look kind of goofy in person.2. Provided that you polish them, it's harder to tell that these are cheaper shoes when there is no broguing, and if there is broguing (like on the Wingtip Oxfords), when they are black. The Florsheim Men's Montinaro Double Monk Oxford, Saddle Tan, 10 D US is my favorite. The Florsheim Men's Montinaro Wingtip Oxford, Black, 10 D US I like as well, but I would only buy in black. I bought a pair of wingtips in brown, Florsheim Men's Montinaro Wingtip Oxford, Brown, 10 D US , but I can tell that they're not as high of quality as Allen Edmonds (nor would I expect them to be; but the contrast is more obvious). So personally if you want brown brogues, I would save up for a more expensive pair elsewhere.3. These shoes hold up really well, especially because the sole is rubber made to look like leather rather than real leather. I live in a very rainy city, and I'm hard on my shoes, and so far my two favorite pairs have taken a beating quite well.

EXCELLENT and SHARP!
We purchased these shoes for my husband and he LOVES them! They are excellent quality and he says they are very comfortable. It is often necessary for him to wear these shoes all day and he said they felt great the whole time. He generally wears a 10.5 but we usually go up 1/2 size in dress shoes. The size 11 were perfect. These shoes are SUPER sharp for dress wear (quality of leather and shine are great), and the Amazon price smoked the department store prices. He has both black and tan and loves them! We are very pleased with our purchase.

Shoe runs long and narrow foe 10.5 3EEE
The Florsheims seem to run long! This is the second pair I just bought of a different style, and they are LONG. Size 10.5 3EEE is actually 11.5 inch long. The toe box is too narrow for a 3EEE. The "the insole is fully cushioned with memory foam technology for long lasting comfort"; well sort of. The heel is well cushioned, but the toe area has minimal cushioning and one can easily feel the hardness of the floor. probably because the toe box is TOO small to allow any more cushioning and sell as a 3EEE. Compared to other brand "wide' shoes, these are about 1/4 inch narrower. OK with thin dress socks. but that's it. Hard soles are NOISY walking on a hard floor. You will be heard coming! As far as quality, they are well made. The upper leather at the ankle is soft and supple; does not dig in like other models (Lexington Wingtip).

DON'T BUY FLROSHEIM SHOES ON LINE! Go to store to be fitted.
All my dress shoes are size 8.5 eee. This 8.5 eee was two inches longer than every pair of shoes I have. Quality is excellent but the Made in India folks must be using a different sizing chart. Anyone ordering these shoes I would recommend ordering one size smaller than you really are.So, fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. Paid another $12 shipping to exchange these for smaller size of 7.5 EEE as 8.5 EEE's were a full two inches too long. Replacement pair of 7.5 EEE is more like 7.5 AAA. My big feet pinched to point of blisters. Figured they may just need to be broken in. Two weeks and I cannot stand them any more. I got blisters. So what the hell happened to the great Florsheim company? My grandfather and father wore nothing but black and brown wing tips from Florsheims. Classy looking and super comfortable. Workmanship was top drawer. Made in USA. You could have them re-soled 4-6 times before the tops gave out. Now, same good looking shoe and fine leather but sizing is so out of whack it must be embarrassing to the old work force and corporate execs. Now made in India. They got lots of really smart people in India so why can't they figure out proper sizing? I've wasted over $100 and a lot of pain trying to make this pair of shoes work but off to Goodwill they go for some kid that is size 6.5 AAA according to my calculations. I'd give them zero stars if I could but I guess you have to give them at least one star..

Great Shoe!
I’ve had many pairs of Florsheim dress shoes and these were right up there with them. First time buying dress shoes from Amazon, and they fit as expected. I’ve worn them quite a bit since receiving them. Very comfortable.
