This is a clear safety hazard as the blade is slipping all over the place and opened in my pocket cutting me.** A: I've owned 2. In one case the outer aluminum shield isn't snug against the orange ceramic casing holding the blade. I used pliers to squeeze the aluminum just enough to hold the blade in place. It worked even to slide the blade in and out holding it in place. I don't understand about the blade cutting you though. The whole idea of the blade being ceramic instead of metal is so that it DOESN'T cut you. The "Slice" has opened in my pocket as well but I was never hurt.
