What's the difference between the edr- and the mdr- series?

The main difference is that the MDR series has a "DC OK Relay Contact" which monitors the output voltage compared to the EDR series which is not available. The EDR series is the Economical Slim DIN version and has an operating temperature of -20 deg C to +60 deg C compared to the MDR's -10 deg C to +60 deg C. The EDR has a 2 year warranty compared to the MDR's 3 year warranty.

Can this be mounted and run flat on its back?

It clicks into the din rail and mounts as shown in the photo. Orientation would not affect Operation.

The image shows a 5a supply. Description says 10a. Is this a 5a or 10a?

The EDR-120-12 will put out 10A, not 5A. The current photo (EDR-120-24) will be replaced with EDR-120-12 as soon as possible.

I noticed this PSU has an adjust pin, how high may the voltage be adjusted to?
