Excellent merchandise.

Warwick adjustable heel lifts recommended by my Chiropractor. Comfortable, value for money and stays in place if adhesion is adjusted (as directed by medical provider/or as desired) And must place inside at shoe heel correctly to get full benefit. Shoes must fit your foot appropriately as well. All in all it is a great product for me and has aided in my therapy for back pain.

I started using these inserts a few years ago after knee replacement surgery. They were recommended by my physical therapist and were perfect for correcting my issue with leg length differences.

I need to use a lift for all of my shoes and I've tried a lot of different types but I find these the most comfortable to wear without socks (an important feature) and since there are 2 different widths (labelled men's and women's) they can easily fit most shoes, boots, or slippers. I would love to see something that would work with sandals, with a sticky base perhaps? Thanks Warwick!!

A few years ago my chiropractor informed me that my left leg was a bit shorter than the right which was causing my back pain. He recommended heel lifts and sold me 2 lifts at $30 each. These cost less than that for 6 lifts. I keep a lift in all my left shoes and it has definitely alleviated the pain. These lifts also alleviated the pain in my wallet. Only downside is that the adhesive on the bottom doesn't hold and they slide down in the shoe which is very uncomfortable. I just put a spot of Krazy glue and it works just fine.
