Is this actually cider? The ingredients just say water and apple juice concentrate. Isn't that just apple juice? No mention of spices seems strange.

I bought it as a cider and used it as such for a recipe. And no one could tell the difference. There is a fine line between apple juice and apple cider.

Does this have preservatives?

I didn't pay attention. It said 100% natural juice.

Where do the apples come from?

It's not on the label, but if you look closer at the plastic bottle it says "concentrate of Ukraine".
