Works perfect!
Installed this on my 23ft rv and works exactly how it should, easy to install just make sure u disconnect the battery. I Would definitely recommend this inverter!

Got it in last night. My trailer is a 50amp that used a parrallex 500 series mode 555. I pulled out the old one which has 5 wires 1 small black and 1 small white which hook up to the breaker. Then 2 large red wires for positive and 1 large white wire for ground. This new one i brought came with 6 wires the difference was that instead of red wires they are blue and it comes with 2 large white ground wires. So be aware of the change. Even though this also a 500 series charger/converter it is much smaller then the origional and didnt fit the casing screw holes so i had to modify by making new screw holes for the mounting plates. Made sure power was off to the whole trailer and unhooked the battery. Pulled out the old one put in the new one. Turned on the power and i believe it works. My batteries are holding a charge now. Only concern is that the converter/charger fan is on all the time now..i know i is working..i just hope it isnt boiling my batteries. I will update if any issues arise in the next couple of months so far so good. It is nice to not have to hook up my battery to a battery charger in my garage. By the way i am hooked up to shore power all the time, and have been for the last 2 and a half years.Update: 1 year and half later: still works great. The fan continues to run full time which is ok it isn't loud enough to be noticeable for us. Keeps my batteries charged and never had any issues whatsoever. Just make sure you take your time to install it correctly.

Direct fit & Great price
This converter was a direct fit for my 2009 Thor Jazz fifth wheel trailer with a 500 series Power Center. It has very little fan noise and definitely does the job charging my batteries and providing the full 12 volts to my 12-volt appliances. With a five wire easy install, it was definitely a big bang for my buck. You will have to use your own fuse board as this one does not come with a new one.
