Very good, pleasant taste. Not too sweet, dissolves well without shaker. However, I went back to find the same product and could no longer find it without caffeine. The one that I previously bought had no caffeine and was great. I personally do not want caffeine in this supplement so I hope the old version becomes available again.

I currently follow an intermittent fasting diet. I have now tried this brand, Pruvit, and Ketond (so far only used Ketond for one day). This one definitely has the best flavor out of the 3 that I tried - I didn't mind drinking it at all. It's easy to use. It has been effective for losing weight. I used one packet a day - either in the AM or at lunchtime, and then I usually eat at night (and yes, I know that it's better to eat in the AM, but it's what works for me). I was not pleased that the packets are 70 calories each - but I may continue with them depending on how things go with Ketond. This brand is MUCH cheaper than Pruvit, comes with more packets, and is at least as effective. It did make it somewhat more difficult to sleep, but compared to the non-caffeinated version of Pruvit, I slept much better.Stars: 4/5 (I took off 1 star for the sleep difficulties and calories).Also, before starting this, or any other nutritional supplement, please contact your health care provider and make sure to follow up. very short results with this brand (lemon flavor), went up 0.6 with only half of serving and was back down to lower than when i started ONE HOUR later! this was with nothing consumed but it..Now i can only guess i got a very very very bad batch that has gone stupidly bad because around 2nd hour i got diarrhea. i though it can’t be this for i am use to consuming up to 3 tbsp of mct oil a day, taking various bhb ketones with & without mct in them and am use to high amounts of magnesium.. so i overlooked it and used the other half towards evening time and around 9ish i ended up in bathroom again!! once again, i thought it can’t be this, it must be the new zero carb keto bread mix i got that has starch in it, so i blamed it on the bread i ate throughout the day...well here we are today, no potty issues/etc., was doing good until i had 1/4 of a pouch in 16oz water that i sipped on for a couple hours and everything seemed to be fine although tummy was girdling a little but, i figured am just hungry since was almost end of fasting time.. after my main meal, i refilled the water bottle and added 1/4 (4g) of the pouch again but,, this time i was outside and more thirsty so drank half the bottle within about 20 mins, not even 30mins later i was running inside and on the darn toilet again!! i do NOT have diarrhea issues and only food poisoning can mess with my gut soooo something is wrong with what i received.. i can only guess the mct powder is no good.. Going to see if i can return this for i sure in the heck don’t want to use the 28 packs left, nor get an exchange here for that matter when could received the same nastiness.. Try at your own risk which quite honestly isn’t worth it for it doesn’t keep your ketone raised for long at all as you can see in my pic..as for this being helping with weight lost, don’t buy that bull. only YOU can help with your own weight loss.. i bought these supps to help my ketone levels stay in the higher therapeutic range and nothing more..

I love these ketones! The flavor is great and I just dump the powder in my bottle of water. It mixes up very well and let me tell you, the lemonflavor is delicions! Whether or not I am getting into Ketosis is debatable. I have strips that I bought and either they don't work well or I am hard to get into ketosis. Either way the taste is great and I am losing weight which is all that matters!

Not for me. I did not notice any effects after taking these. I got them because NAT is so expensive and these are a close copy. I bought the NAT original brand also, and I did not notice any effects from taking that either.

I tried a different brand of ketines and barely saw a loss in weight. This glass is my first and I have to say the lemon flavor is quite delicious! I will definitely order this flavor again.Since this is my first day I will have to update on the fat loss. I had bariatric surgery and lost weight only to have it come right back on due to the pandemic. I'm going to try these ketines for 30 days with my restrictions on eating to see if I can get the weight back off before I try switching from a sleeve to a bypass.

My husband and I follow the keto diet and enjoy all of the Real Ketones flavors! The lemon has a lite lemon cream flavor.. It is delicious! They mix well and can settle if there is a few minutes between sips. We both use a shaker bottle and shake the bottle if needed. We have used pruvit ketones in the past, but we don’t find the cost of pruvit is to be sustainable. We each drink 2 packs each day and believe real ketones help us achieve our goals!
