Oakter Mini UPS

I purchased the Oakter Mini UPS for my WiFi router, and I have been using it with my router (12V). It worked well for almost a year, providing useful backup during power cuts.One thing I really like is its compact and lightweight design. It doesn't take up much space and is easy to install/use with the router setup.However, after around one year of use, the battery backup completely stopped working. By the time I contacted Oakter regarding the issue, the 1-year warranty had already expired. I was expecting that I might have to purchase a new unit, but this is where I had a very good experience.Oakter offered to replace the unit completely free of cost, even though the warranty period was already over. I didn't even have to return the old UPS. They only asked me to cut the wire of the old unit and send them a photo for verification. There were no additional charges or complicated replacement process.The battery failure after one year was obviously disappointing, but I really appreciate that Oakter still helped me and provided a free replacement even after the warranty had expired. This kind of after-sales support is definitely a big positive.Overall, the product worked well for nearly a year, is compact and lightweight, and my experience with Oakter's after-sales support has been excellent. For me, their willingness to replace the product for free even after the warranty expired is a major positive point.

However, I was pleasantly surprised by the company's customer service. After I raised a complaint, the support team promptly approved the replacement, and I received a new UPS within just 2 days. The replacement process was handled professionally and efficiently.The only area that needs improvement is the complaint registration process. Raising a service request was somewhat cumbersome and took longer than expected. A more streamlined and user-friendly support process would make the overall experience even better.That said, the company's willingness to honor the warranty and provide a quick replacement gives me confidence in both the product and the brand. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this UPS to anyone looking for a reliable backup solution for their WiFi router.

I am really happy with my experience with the OAKTER MINI UPS. Before purchasing this product, I had bought a MINI UPS from a local brand, but unfortunately, it did not even last for two months. That experience was quite disappointing and made me look for a more reliable and durable product.After that, I purchased the OAKTER MINI UPS, and I must say that it has been a great experience so far. I have been using it for almost two years, and the product is still performing very well. The long-term performance and reliability have really impressed me. I have not faced any major issues during this period, which gives me confidence in the quality of the product.

Very happy with the product. Been using this for last 3 years and have 2 of the same for my modem & router separately. No issues observed so far. Recently, one of the device stopped providing backup and reached out to customer service. The customer service is very professional and response time is quick. After evaluating the issue with all the details, they agreed to send a free replacement even though the device warranty has passed. Liked the product and liked the customer service even more.

They arranged the replacement, and even followed up after delivery to make sure everything was working properly.The new device has been working perfectly so far.Devices and gadgets can sometimes fail that’s understandable. This product is good however after 1 year power backup time reduced to 10 minutes. This is something I don't like. Atleast it should run for 2 years without reducing power backup time. We can't spend money every year on this.
