These are women’s knickers or otherwise only suitable for those lacking in the trouser snake department. I bought XXL (37-41 inch waist) and I am around a 38-39 inch waist. There was no room for my package and it felt like it was going to burst out of the material which feels quite thin. Nice silky feel to them though.
