Seems to be a good product
Unfortunately, the pad does not fit the CVA Cascade LRH that it was intended for. I could force it by drilling new screw holes in the pad, but the pads as they are, no matter how I tried, just will not fit this rifle. I like everything I see about the product. I will not return it. I will look at other rifles and see which one it might work with. I have excellent pads on my other magnum rifles, so I don't know if I will use this one to replace one of those. I really don't need the recoil benefit on lighter rifles. It lists several manufacturers that are compatible to this, unfortunately, the CVA was not one of them. I should have taken notice of that. Pay close attention to that list. I am not disappointed with the product. I am disappointed that it did not fit the rifle to which I wanted to attach it.

Works Well
If you follow the instructions given by the company who makes this product, it's hard not to be satisfied. I welded together a jig, and used some drum Sanders on my variable speed drill press and when finished, this recoil pad looks professional my rifle. It also makes all the difference between the nylon butt plate that was on it before. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to enhance their shooting experience!

Easy-to-use
I was nervous because I had never used a grind to fit pad but I'm glad I used a Kick Eez. I measured, scribed and got busy with the belt sander. It worked out so well that I intend to do another pad very soon.
