(Has weight capacities been tested?)** A: We used these boxes to move a lot of books and other media and - with a bit of extra strengthening using brown tape - they held as much as my husband could lift. They are very strong and were the best boxes we found to use. **Q: Are these good to pack dishes in?** A: Yes they are strong and durable cardboard boxes, packed up all the kitchen utensils, crockery, dinner service etc using these boxes for the move and nothing was damaged during transit.
