This particular ring light was bought for two purposes. The main one was for me to use when I'm streaming my online gaming from time to time, and the other is for my wife to use whenever she's touching up her makeup.The light itself is very easy to use, and additionally so to set up and assemble to the supplied tripod that comes with it. It doesn't come with a plug, however - but that is usually negated as it's a USB connector, which can generally be plugged into either a computer USB port, or even a plug that has at least a 5A content. Whatever your choice of power source, it's operational out of the box.The little "control panel" on the cord pretty much does exactly what it states on the tin. Turns it on, sets a brighter or dimmer light setting (cycled through 10 settings overall) and changes through three different tones of light (between a colder white, a warmer white, and a "sepia" kind of light), which is all well and good. This works well for the sepia side of things personally, but of course, each to their own.Overall, I'm happy with the product, and would recommend it to anyone who might want to use it for either a streaming light (as I use it for a softer tone as such) or for those who want to use it in more a beauty setting. Cracking little light indeed. :)

Since i bought this i am not using it because, it is not steady on the floor and the length is just for table. I would have returned it but...i can't be bothered anyway to start packaging it back to the box. But not happy with it as i just wasted the money unfortunately😒.

The light in its own seems to be good, gets the job done. My only issue is the legs of the stand. They are not strong at all! One wrong tilt and the whole tripod is falling off. Not great at all since the legs are the base of the whole item.

I have a selfie obsessed teenager so this is perfect, it works really well and so versatile with the different features. I spent a long time looking for the right one, this is great value for money

Very happy with this 12 inch ring light, it is amazing for filming and taking photos! Great brightness .Only down side is the tripod not as big as I thought ,Would highly recommend to anybody, very happy customer :)

It could be a little more sturdy but I really like it.

Just received the Fostoy Ring Light. Very easy to assemble. It comes with 3 types of light..warm to cool and also degrees of brightness. Does what it says perfectly!

The light is adjustable and it can actually be mounted to be very high.It is very easy to use and the results of my videos and photos are brilliant.
