Healthy bones and joints

Well worth the money!
It really helped my nails! I had been a lifetime nail biter. My granddaughter told me and then showed me how long and strong her nails were since using this product. I ordered it and starting taking the very next day! Happy to report that my nails are long and strong!

This stuff works! Been using it since I broke my arm, hoping to fortify my body and prevent future issues. At the moment my brittle nails have grown amazingly - 2 inches! - so I'm hoping my bones are following suit in strength & health. The suggestion to mix it in Hot water is essential, otherwise is settles in the bottom. Then I add large ice cubes and a packet of "Celcius" orange or fruit flavored powder to give it some taste and other benefits.

Keeps my teeth strong
Take at bedtime in plain water. No problem with clumping as long as I add it to the water.. so grateful it strengthens my front teeth. Some improvement with facial wrinkles.

Product arrived intact, in the expected time frame, with no damage to package. I have been using it for a while and am not sure if it's helping, but giving it time to show results. Mixed with hot or even warmish coffee and creamer, it blends in well and has no noticeable taste or feel, so it is not a sensory sacrifice including it in my morning routine.
