The old one came with a pocket clip (as does the new one) and also a very handy lanyard (missing from the new one). Battery life seems good, nice aluminium case and easy to carry thanks to the low weight. Nice and bright for indoors, the clip let me put it on my shirt for freeing my hands and the brightness held up.
