This has become my new go-to for preworkout. I used to use a variety of preworkout formualas bought online or from my local nutrition shop, but after becoming more aware of the ways that processed ingredients and additives affected my body, I knew I needed to make a switch that would help my body instead of hurting it. This is the MINT. The flavor genuinely tasted like borthole, but I found that the clarity and endurance boost it gave me were well worth the few seconds of unsavory flavor. I'm talking a full workout routine with NO crash, NO jitters, NO itchy feelings. My roommate also tried it and was very impressed by the "clean" feeling. I'm super pumped (hehe gym pun) to have found a preworkout that works for me and makes me feel good about the things I'm putting into my body.

I have been using this product faithfully for a couple of weeks now. I workout in the morning and it provides a sufficient and noticeable boost of energy, without being too much. Yes, I paid $35 and it was half-full. It is worth it! I disagree with a lot of people when they say that the taste is horrible and beet-like. I taste the pomegranate more than the beet, and lets just say that I don't love it, but I can't say that I hate it either. Its like a watered down healthy version of fruit punch. The only negative thing I have to say is that it does not completely dissolve in the recommended 8 ounces of water. (I use a shaker cup). Obviously I love the ingredients and I do not get jittery, nor do I experience a crash. I get minimal sleep and sometimes I consume this during the day to wake me up (the back of the container advises that this product can be used as as an energy drink). I am definitely going to subscribe.

I would have to say this is the worst tasting pre workout supplement I have ever had. It does give me the energy it takes to get through a semi decent workout. But if you are looking for something to get you up in the morning and go all out.. this is not for you. The mixture with water is absolutely terrible. It is super clumpy. I tried a blending it and even though it gets the clumps out, all of the supplement sinks to the bottom. So you are constantly stirring and trying to gulp it down as fast as you can but it taste bad. I gave it one star because the product is truly organic. So if you are really strict about what goes into your body and you don’t care about the taste, then it is worth it. I bet it would taste better with almond milk, but that is too heavy for me in the A.M. I would say their protein powder is great 😊. Anyway, this product falls very short. There are much better pre workouts on the market.

I can definitely say this product feels worth the price, especially with such clean, high-quality ingredients. The raspberry lemonade flavor is refreshing, BUT I have to be honest the aftertaste is pretty earthy, very plant like lol🌱 Still, it’s not chalky or clumpy at all and dissolves perfectly in cold water with ice, which makes it easy to drink. For $50, I plan to use one scoop a day, so it’ll last me about three weeks. Overall, it’s a much better option than the energy drinks I used to rely on, so I’m sticking with it (

Renewable Energy Pre-Workout has been a game-changer for my training. The energy comes on smooth and steady-no jitters, no crash, and no upset stomach. I notice better focus, more endurance, and the ability to push harder through every set. I gave this 3 stars for a few reasons 1. I truly love the idea of this product and the intention behind creating a healthier, natural pre workout with all of the garbage out there. It’s something we desperately need. I really wanted to like it and I tried to. 2. Unfortunately it just flat out does not taste good. I knew it wouldn’t be amazing tasting but man it’s rough. I got two flavors.. The matcha is bearable and you get used to it after a few days. But the raspberry lemonade is just awful tasting no matter what. 3. The Amazon brand page VERY clearly states “60 day money back guarantee” so I bought two flavors to try and unfortunately they have their Amazon returns set to ineligible for return. So that guarantee is false. If you want a good alternative and don’t mind plugging your nose while you drink then go for it, if you’re looking for something tasty and tangy like traditional pre-workout.. keep looking and don’t bank on the return policy

This is my first time ordering and I am absolutely in love!!! My intentions were to use this for a pre-workout as reviews listed showed positivity. I really want to start making exercise a morning routine however I just cant get motivated. Anyways I was extremely tired one afternoon so decide to give this a try as an energize booster and the results were AMAZING!!. Within half hour I was more alert and focused, I had the urge to be motivated.. So I tried again the next day and once again same positive results. This has become a daily necessity for me, I use one scoop with about 16 hours of water with ice and sip on for a couple of hours. You can also put in any of your favorite beverages but I actually just like the taste alone. Sometimes mid-day/early evening and I just need another boost I will just use a half a scoop still having positive effects. A couple of things I like about this product is it does not give me the tingling feeling some powders have and I do not get a crash feeling. I would also mention I have extreme anxiety and honestly this powder has helped calm me down also. I didn't think anything of it at first but the more I used this product I definitely could tell I'm not so uptight, my body is more relaxed and like I said previously it give me more focuses and alertness which calms my anxiety down so my mind can think more clearly without thoughts going 100 mph. I absolutely recommend this product for anyone looking for a healthy energy booster and anyone with anxiety.

I really like the quality of the ingredients so I gave it a try. Not crash or jitters that I’ve noticed but the taste is HORRID. I don’t think I’ll be able to purchase again slowly cuz the taste. It does blend nice, though.
