Soft and comfortable. It’s fairly warm and might be too much for hot weather. It’s a little tricky to put on straight but with practice it gets easier.

I really love this cloak. It's so warm and soft I feel like I'm wearing a bedtime blanket. The arm holes are well placed, nice and low, easy to get to the front pocket. It fits loose and drapes, which is perfect. Lots of material. Very warm!

Took a gamble and went with XXL, and it turned out to be perfect! I’m 6’1” and around 215lbs. The sleeves go all the way down to my wrists, which I wanted and why I took a chance on the XXL. The fabric is thick and warm. Perfect for cold winters. I could easily see wearing this outdoors and staying very warm.

This cloak is made of a thick material that is warm even in the cold of the fall. I haven’t had it long enough to be able to speak about how it is in winter. It looks very attractive (I got the navy blue one). My husband said I looked a bit like a monk when I modeled it for him. You have to pull it over your head to put it on, unless you feel like unbuttoning the sides/sleeves. I have very sensitive skin and have had no problem with it at all. It is not itchy/scratchy. It is very nice. I’m not disappointed.

As several have said, it's a lot thicker than I assumed. It's almost as if it's a quilt.The biggest plus is that it fits as expected, which means it's too big.The biggest downside is the lack of sleeves. I know there's another product with sleeves, but they didn't have gray. Maybe I'll still get one in another color... But since I intentionally bought this sleeveless one, I won't dock a star.If you ever need to lift your arms over your head, the design will get in the way. It makes in uncomfortable, not impossible. If you'll wear this as suggested, it will be fine. Since I use it differently as suggested (basically just as a closed-back Snuggie), I won't dock a star.Also, cats will fear you, dogs will hate you. It changes your silhouette, so animals think you're MUCH bigger.

The good:-Ultra comfortable-Easy to wash (I wash regular cycle, dry on delicate cycle), hasn't fallen apart so far.-Hard to stain, I'm a slob and this thing isn't phased by me.The bad:-Kind of hard to drive in (seat belts, doors, moving arms).-Had a hard time putting on a backpack and walking with it, but I've learned with time that poncho type clothing goes over your backpack and anything else you wear.I own four of these things now (blue, orange, brown, and gray); and if they came in black, olive drab, khaki, white, yellow, and hunter green; I'd buy even more.

It's warmer and a heavier weight than I expected but I do really like it (reminds me of light polar fleece). I also expected it to have a longer arm length - it just reaches my elbows, a little longer if I'm sitting and have my hands in my lap. All in all - it's about what I was looking for.
