RV2130 Autoformer

We purchased this because we have a seasonal camp site at a local campground. Being older, when the campground is loaded up with a lot of people on a hot summer day, voltage drops - so low it can easily damage things. We had a power surge suppressor on the main line before, and voltage would drop enough that it would cut power to prevent damage.We purchased this autoformer after a lot of research. It worked flawlessly. It was simple to hook up, and came with a very heavy duty security cable lock so it wouldn't go walking off when we weren't there. It kept the camper voltage over 108V even on the worst days. It switches the autoformer functionality on and off automatically based on load. we highly recommend this to anyone who has power issues. It's a bit expensive, but way cheaper than replacing RV gear from power damage.

I have only used this item once and dont even know if it works. However it seems well made. It seems as though it's made of good materials and built to last

This thing I thought I was wasting my money on But it has saved me on power surges so many times and still works like a champ it’s been in ful time use for 3 years and it does the job and gives you great power protection

At our campground we constantly have power swings. Our voltage sways from 95-120v throughout the day. I read about this autoformer and thought it couldn't hurt to give it a try. I'm glad I did. It immediately brought our voltage up 10% and now it stays between 110v to 120v.The autoformer comes with a nice digital voltmeter to keep plugged into one of your receptacles and a cable lock to lock it to your power pole. Which is nice to keep your neighbors honest. They will be jealous and may want to "borrow" it.

I bought this for my RV a few years ago and ever since it’s been working great it really smooth the power out.

Don’t know as we have always had hi power since I had it . Would like to see it work on low power

Plugged the autotranfromer in and it boosted it from 124V to 136V. Item is supposed to boost below 110V. Boosted indicator red light is not even on. Nothing operates at 136V in Camper. Unplugged item from system. Defective!!!!

I was miserable during some days of the last few years at my summer campground because I couldn't use the AC. I had heard of the Autotransformer and decided to try it. Thank goodness! I still have to be careful with the 30 amp service that I don't use too many things while I have the AC on. No coffeemaker, no electric water heater.
