How long will it operate on a charge?

Seems like mine will not hold charge. I vacuumed crumbs up about 2 minutes and 1 out of the 3 notches were already gone. I hope they are all not like this.

How long can it run on a full charge?

We have only charged it once since we purchased it in September of 2021. We have used it about 5 times to clean up messes.

How long is a charge supposed to last. I fully charged for 13hrs and the charge only lasted long enough for me to clean a 8. In square about 5 minutes

Unfortunately there are many factors that contribute to run time and battery life, so we are not able to give run time estimates, however the unit should run longer than 5 minutes. Please contact our Customer Service Department for warranty assistance by calling 800-544-6986.
