This product has never worked from day one. I have spoken to the manufacturer S R Industries Delhi.
The media could not be loaded. I didn't like the product cause of it's malfunctioning. I would request to Amazon to replace the product or refund the amount.My humble suggestion to future buyers will be not to buy this product.
