What is the color of the actual toothpaste? I need to confirm the color inside these packages is blue.

This particular product is now white as we updated the formula in November 2016. If you are looking for Colgate 2in1 Toothpaste and Mouthwash that is blue in color, we currently offer our Colgate 2in1 Fresh Mint Toothpaste and Mouthwash or our Colgate 2in1 Max Fresh Cool Mint Toothpaste and Mouthwash. Hope this helps!

The description discusses "tubes" but the photos are of bottles. Which is it?

The last order I received was in 6 bottles.

Why is there a black maker line going through the sku number?

Because they are not packaged to be sold individually. Only as a set.

Since this is a 2-in-1, does that mean if I get it for my kid she can skip actual mouthwash?

You don't have to use mouthwash after using this toothpaste, however, it shouldn't be completely replaced. Our 2-in-1 Toothpaste gives consumers the unique combination of breath freshening power of mouthwash and the cleaning power of toothpaste all in one convenient step.
