I will be making Vanilla extract for gifts later in year. As soon as I opened the vacuum sealed package the aroma was strong and heavenly with no moisture. The color of the beans was rich and pure looking and I can’t wait to share the finished product with family and friends. The value was definitely worth the money spent.

Great quality! Only one dry bean out of all 55 of them. Most of them were super moist and they smell great!

Shorter and more dried out than others I have bought from other sellers. Wish I'd paid a little more for the grade A beans, but hopefully these will work okay for my homemade vanilla.UPDATEAt first I thought these were inferior, but they actually are great for making vanilla extract, and the lower price allows you to use more beans per container of vodka, resulting in a richer vanilla flavor.After my initial review the owner reached out to me to try to make it right -- I was impressed by that. Just chop them up into pieces to increase the surface area for the alcohol-vanillin interaction."After following the owner's suggestion and chopping up the beans (I cut them into 3 pieces each), I can already tell a week later that they are working their magic and turning my vodka into vanilla extract!

These bean are extremely fresh and plump. The length was a bit shorter than expected but still worked fantastic. The fragrance had my entire home smelling unimaginable! I used these to make homemade Vanilla extract, infused spirits and homemade crème brûlée. I will deinately purchase these again!!

I used these vanilla beans to make vanilla extract and crème brûlée. They were in good shape and smelled wonderful. It made 3 pint jars of vanilla extract.

I got 55 and they taste like vanilla. All good here!
