Provides structure to your home gym. On days Im pushing through workouts and can't think of what to do, this has acted as a personal trainer. Easy to read nice size for individual use and it's laminated. I use dry erase markers to Clark what has been completed for the session. Looked great is easy hang on wall. Durable for rehanging if needed.

Súper útil y excelente por el precio
Me ha resultado súper útil. La información es fácil de leer y los ejercicios son sencillos de identificar y seguir, lo que lo hace muy práctico para tenerlo a la vista mientras hago ejercicio. En mi caso, decidí ponerlo en un cuadro y quedó perfecto. Así lo tengo visible y protegido al mismo tiempo. Considerando el precio que tiene, creo que ofrece muchísimo valor. Es una referencia sencilla, práctica y útil para ejercitarse en casa. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Good motivation!
The quality of this is very nice. I need to get it into a poster frame as it has quite a “rolled up” memory. I tried rolling it backwards and storing it, but it dies like to still roll up. I taped it to my sliding glass door until I get a frame for it.

It is a great size and not made of paper
I love it! The size is great. Perfect to hang on the wall and see from a distance. And it is plastic, not paper that can tear and wear out!!

Exercise poster
I wish the pictures were a bit bigger. My eyes aren't what they use to be. I have it up on my wall to workout. I just have to keep stopping to get a bit closer to see what I want to do next.
