BELLA ITALIA Organic Gigli Toscani, 16 OZ

We luv this pasta. Has more of a “ravioli” thickness & texture but in a spiral staircase shape. Need to put my order in for another pkg ! Highly recommend if you haven’t tried.

When you boil the pasta it just blows up into delicate ruffles // an extremely appealing dish. Also a great diversion from anything else I've ever used. Have purchased a couple times and will come back.

This pasta was really delicious, whole family was complimenting while eating dinner! I added a little bit of butter at the end, maybe that helped but anyway, now I will buy it again.

Will buy again in near future

Based on reviews I had high hopes; despite cooking in a really large pot, giving space and plenty of rolling boil to the pasta, it was tough and it cooked unevenly, leaving under and overcooked places on nearly every nood. The few that came out al dente were just chewy and tough. Cooking level is pretty advanced, and if the fault were mine I'd admit it. Tried three different times, and tossed each batch. For the price it was especially disappointing.

This Italian Pasta will not make you feel bloated. My granddaughter who is gluten free/celiac can eat this Italian Pasta without making her sick. It's a game changer for her and our whole family. Will continue to buy.
