Perfect for Sourdough
Love this! Wish I would have gotten a colored one because it does seems to get a little dirty from the oven but just takes a bit of elbow grease and it looks good as new! Definitely large enough for sourdough, sometimes I wish I would have gotten a smaller one so that it would help shape the dough a little more. Says it cannot be preheated but I do and have had no issues! No problems with chipping, seems like a great value! Been using for a few months and no issues.

beautiful dutch oven for a good price
The color is beautiful and holds up to heavy usage. The handle has a little ding in the ceramic, possibly user inflicted, but the interior and exterior has held up just fine. Size is great for my family and I can make large meals.

Beautiful and versatile!!!!!
I love it. The ceramic coating makes the Dutch oven glisten. It is hefty, and the interior/exterior has zero flaws. The value is incredible. I can’t believe I got it at this price; what a steal. I turned the stove on to low/medium heat and added Evoo to break it in shortly after washing and drying it. I am careful with the pan because I don’t want to chip the beautiful enamel, but I can tell it is very durable. This Dutch oven is a lifer for me.Update: I used this oven to make stir fry and I usually have to use a lot of sauce, seasoning, and water because the heat dehydrates the stir fry’s. This oven kept all the moisture; the veggies are still vibrant and green without losing their colors. I can spoon my sauce into my rice and not worry about drying up my vegetables. Just a reminder that you don’t need to turn your stove too high because it isn’t necessary. A medium heat will seem like it’s high heat. Medium/low heat is more like medium heat when using this Dutch oven. Lastly, nothing sticks. You don’t have to use too much Evoo to get your food going. I’m so happy with my purchase.

Fantastic Pot
If you're thinking of a enameled cast iron pot, look no further. I've had the expensive brand that started it all, but face it! They're quite expensive and now we have so much more choice. This cooks exactly the same in browning beautifully on a medium heat. Because it retains the heat, cook a bit lower. High heat will be too high unless you're boiling. And, the best part, with a little deglazing after browning with wine, stock or water you not only get a nice sauce, but clean the pan as well! Speaking of that, they clean beautifully. Just a little Bon Ami or Barkeeper's Friend (both mild abrasives) removes any discolorations. Don't hesitate. This is how you slow cook on the back burner for a delicious braise or stew. Or, in the oven with a chicken or braised roast or brisket.
