Don' play with medication with false advertisement
At the time I ordered the picture was of traditional alka seltzer for heartburn. I received original Flavor for pain only. I tried ordering it with a different company and the same thing happened. Someone has to stop Amazon from selling medication that is not advertised, it can be dangerous to your health if you don't read the label. With my heart condition, it could have got me sick.
