So, I turned to Befenybay for an affordable / correctly priced version to build an affordable automated x y microscope stage.I used the 100mm rail for the X position and the 50mm rail for the Y position. With this current setup (A) and some software. I can visit multiple pre-selected position every five minutes (B) and my object of interest has only a minor deviation - 40 pixels at worst- from its original position (C). Hooray!
