Gymnic Disc 'o' Sit Inflatable Seat Cushion, Blue

I found myself sitting a lot because I was spending much more time at the computer. I bought this bad boy and after a day or two of using it my nagging hip pain went away! I didn't think I'd actually be able to say that, but it's true. The product came in what seems like it's original box, and inflating it couldn't be easier. You pull the little while plug out, blow into it, it inflates immediately, and then you put the white plug back in. I've only had to add some more air once after about a month. I use it on my folding chair, and sometimes to stand on, for exercise in balance. (You can exercise with it, but I don't know what the exercises are.) I vary using it with not using it, so my joints aren't always in the same position. One time I even had a friend come in whose back had gone out. He sat on the disc for about an hour and when he left he said he was feeling a little better! He went and ordered one when he got home (after those dreadful stairs...)Anyway, I'm completely satisfied with the results and quality of this product! The plastic is thick and sturdy and can be inflated more, or less, depending on your needs. And best of all, no pump needed!

I bought this to help with my posture and to stop my thighs from cramping up. Watching my 18 month old granddaughter on the floor is a challenge. This has saved my back, my sides and my legs. I sit up and stand straight now. My Granddaughter needed one to play with GMa. So cute and she loves standing on it to balance herself. We both thank you. A must for any adult needing to get on the floor with young ones. I get up from my computer with zero pain now.

It has helped me sit more properly and I greatly enjoy the exercise pages that it includes. They are easy to do on this cushion. You will get a good workout for your core without too much strain.The product is good and durable. It'll last I"m a plus size woman and I have made it work for me.

Our toddler with nerve damage stands on this to help her senses learn more balance. It was recommended my her PT. She is three. I cannot speak of the comfort and such, personally. She does stand on it, and we do feel like her balance is improving. So, it must not be too uncomfortable. The quality is good, and it seems to be holding air well.

I purchased this item because my chiropractor uses them on his waiting room chairs. I've found that I can't sit on it for long periods of time due to discomfort. However this cushion helps my posture and corrects sitting in a awkward position, I'd say it's worth the money

I have sciatic issues and when I changed jobs and went from being on my feet all day to sitting at a desk my lower back pain was unbearable. Once I started using the disc my back pain completely subsided. I have used the disc religiously for 2.5 years now and love it. It feels like you are sitting on a large exercise ball without all the bulk.

Use in car. Comfort as inflatable adjusts to contour of back. Eases pain and discomfort caused by rocking motion and shifting of body through road curves. Extremely supportive.

how am I supposed to inflate this thing? it arrived without the mouth piece to inflate it. I have been waiting to get this because of my SERIOUS back pain.. so.. not a happy customer.

Item is great. As described. I love it to help my back. Initially bought it for my son who is diagnosed with ADHD and Sensory Processing Disorder. He does love it but at times when the ADHD kicks in its used as a weapon, I have to duck, but other times it does the job. Dinner time it helps, he fidgets for a bit then just sways on it-he eats more though and stays at the table longer. My overall opinion of it is- it helps my son when it's he's choice (sensory/ADHD choice) it's not a miracle cushion but it does help. I use it in the car too, it helps my back and if my son is up for sharing I sometimes get to use it behind my back which really does help. Good purchase if your open to it being used as and when. For me it's another tool to help my son.
