My favorite kettle because of the temperature settings, tea basket, colored lights, and auto shutoff
I have been using this now for a very long time. There have been no malfunctions. I got this because there are different temperature settings, auto shut off, and a tea basket. I can brew different teas at the right temperature. I have liked that different colors indicate the temperature. I like that I can see the water (as opposed to kettles without glass). It is easy to pick up and set back down, aligned on the charger. We use this daily - in fact, many times a day and have no issues. Over time, our well water has left residue on the inside of the glass, but we are able to clean that with a vinegar solution. I've had other electric kettles before, but when this one wears out, I will probably buy the same model and brand again.

Overall good value, great utility, but has 1 shortcoming
Backstory: I have used a stove-top kettle for many years. During those same years, my homemade, French press coffee was never good. I bought whole beans, I bought a nice burr grinder, I followed most of the instructions I could find and believe that the temperature of the water is killing my coffee. After searching for thermometers for kettles, I deterred an electric kettle may just be my best bet for the auto-off function. Now that you know that, I really enjoy this kettle. I put it on the base and turn it on, then I press the temperature control button to 90F. With each press of the temperature button, the light changes so I always know, purple is 90F. The machine has an automatic-off so the water does not heat too much. The design is easy to grab and easy to pour. The one aspect that could be better is either the cord itself or the pouring spout. Let me explain however, because I still use, and recommend, this kettle despite this design flaw, which I feel like most kettles will have. The pictures above sho my set-up, and I fill the kettle, put it on the base and turn it on. If I leave it there, steam will come out the top and hit the tile backsplash and to some degree the bottom side of the cabinets. In order to avoid this steam bath, I pull out the appliance, but then I am faced with a really short cord. So, I have to turn the kettle so the open portion of the top vents out into the kitchen, but then, bc of the design of all electric kettles, the glass is hot and I have to reach to the side of the product to get the handle. By now, you probably see my dilemma. Deal with the steam bath on the wall and cabinets or pull it out every time I use it and then have to deal with a short cord and reach around the hot kettle.Again, your set-up may not be the same, I would love a counter-top with no upper cabinets or a more recessed cabinet where I can place all my tea and coffee stuff, but I am not there yet. Would I still recommend this, absolutely. Do I think this and most other kettles can me better, again, absolutely. Lets make things better, together.

5 Stars – Perfect Kettle for Daily Use!
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this Aigostar Electric Kettle! I’ve been using it daily for a few weeks now, and it’s a total game-changer in my kitchen. The design is sleek and modern, with a clear water window that makes it easy to see how much water is inside. It heats up super fast, and I can have boiling water ready in just a few minutes, which is perfect for my morning tea and instant oatmeal. One of my favorite features is the automatic shut-off and boil-dry protection—no more worrying if I left the kettle on. The handle stays cool, and the spout pours smoothly without any annoying drips. Plus, cleaning it is a breeze thanks to the wide mouth and removable filter.Overall, this kettle is not only efficient but also looks great on my countertop. Whether you’re a tea enthusiast or just need hot water fast, this Aigostar kettle is a must-have. Highly recommend it!

This is just what I wanted but the two hour feature only works to hold the hottest temperature
I like that there are little to know plastic parts coming in contact with the water. The infuser is easily removed. You don't have to use it. I primarily wanted the two hour keep warm feature. There is no toggle or button to turn it off, however once the temperature you select is achieved, it automatically turns off the heat. It took me a while to figure out how to make the two hour work. You hold the button on the left marked 100 and the red light on the bottom continues flashing to keep that temperature. Once you remove the pot, you have to press it again to continue the hold. If the red light at the bottom of the pot isn't flashing, it's not holding.

No more stovetop boiling for me
I live abroad and most people just boil water on stoves here. I bought this to use for tea/coffee for guests and wow, this is a game changer. It came to a boil fast. Maybe two minutes or less? Feels like a minute. It has a sensor and turns itself off. Boiling water just became easier and faster. The unit seems reliable and is attractive in style.

Infuser work great with coffee...!!!
I replaced my Mueller kettle, which only lasted 6 months, with this one Did not want a mechanical switch for on and off, so the touch panel was an attractive feature. Also, much less plastic and way easier to clean because the lid totally comes off, doesn't just flip up. I normally boil water to use with my Chemex coffee maker, but had the idea to use the tea infuser for coffee. The mesh is fine and about the same as the comical mesh filter I use for the Chemex coffee maker. It worked out splendidly! Makes awesome coffee and way easier to clean afterwards. The infuser is really easy to clean compared to the comical mesh filters I use with Chemex. At my age it's become hard to hold a kettle and pour water for the Chemex. Although I didn't buy this kettle with that thought in mind, I'm glad I decided to try coffee in the infuser. My mornings just became way easier. Great little kettle, love the different temps, and very useful warning feature.

Best ever tea pot
I love this tea pot. I can see the water, I can change the boil point, and it clicks off when done. Matches my other stainless steel kitchen accessories. It's a must have for the kitchen. No more burned up stove coffee pots!! haha
