How come no primary ingredients like a picture ?

I smelled a vary mild light scent but Im sensitive to certain fragrances and its fragrance did not bother me.

does it say on the jar how much arginine and magensium you get for each 1/4 tspoon or whatever?

No... but this product does deliver the results it promises ... been using it for over two years

How quickly does this work once applied?

The first application may not seem to help for a long period of time,but, with regular use, it will be a noticeable increase to you. By the 2nd application. I felt a big difference. I've been using it for 3 months and my level if pain goes down within a minute. The product infuses the area with magnesium and the relief lasts fit 8 hrs. Or more. Keep using it; it's a great product!!
