Color and texture exactly what I was hoping for in a rain trench coat. Water resistance was evident when I steamed the wrinkles out because the excess moisture beaded right up and rolled off if I got a little overzealous with my steamer. Fit is perfect for my frame, which is a curvy 185, and I’m short waisted so the belt loops were in a great spot for me. The belt is very long, as other reviewers have noted, and will likely slide open pretty easily due to the fabric, but I plan to either wear it unbuttoned and tied loosely in the back, or tie off in the front when buttoned as seems to be the style anyway. Lined and constructed well, it’s lightweight, but is intended for spring and early fall so not a winter coat. This jacket is a keeper!

I’m 5’4”, 130lbs, 32D/34C, pear shaped. Normally size 2-4 for tops but got size 6. I think 4 would’ve been better fit over a blouse or a shirt but if I wear a light to medium weight sweater I don’t think it’s going to be comfortable driving, moving arms and whatnot. Plus they didn’t have red in size 4 anyways. So I’m keeping size 6. Even if I go back down 10lbs and drop to size 0-2 for tops it will still look good. Remember - it’s outerwear and not a t-shirt to fit tight like it is on models. You need a bit of a room for moving comfortably.I’m very happy with my purchase - good looking trench coat in a very nice shade of red! Good quality and I got mine for a good price! Can’t complain!

I have been searching high and low for a trench coat and was excited to find this one. My size, great price, beautiful color, prime shipping? Perfect! Not so much. The fabric itself was a good quality and I loved the color. However, it was way bigger than it should have been. No problem - exchange it for a smaller size? NOPE! The next smaller size is $22 more than this one. I feel like I've been taken by a bait and switch. I have heard of different colors being different prices, but never different sizes of the SAME COLOR! So the coat is on the way back to Amazon for a refund. I may end up paying $22 more for another coat, but it will definitely NOT BE FROM THIS SELLER!
