I love that they added a small design on top of it for my grandfather's 100th birthday.This is a piece that will be charished for many years to come! Customer service is outstanding! Actually there was a problem when I received my crystal, which was not her fault it was mine, I sent a Bible for my artwork, trying to make it really special she placed a cross on it. Unbeknown to her I am of Jehovah's Witnesses and didn't want the cross (Exodus 20:4-6) I should have specified that. However, when I called, Tammy was so kind, quickly sent out a replacement plaque, which came quickly and is PERFECT!! I highly recommend their services! Not only is it a great product, customer satisfaction is important to this company!

My plaque came in super quickly for an additional shipping fee -- the fees are the same as the regular expedited shipping fees through USPS so no surprises there. Absolutely Beautiful. You will be able to see how it will look on the “customize screen”- you may select your preferred font(- I didn’t see any way to change fonts mid -inscription)(You may want to convey a ‘condensed sentiment’, the fewer letters used- the larger the print will be.)
