What do you mean by bladder with a hose?..if you mean the water bag with a hose then yes it does fit.

Q: From what "durable" materials is this pack constructed? Machine washable? Photos of interior compartments, please.

Thanks for your question! The Mini Me Daypack is constructed of 600D Polyester exterior (this is a very thick weave of fabric) that has a water proofing layer applied to it. The interior lining is 300D polyester. The Mini Me can absolutely be washed in a washing machine on gentle/cold cycle, and then laid flat to dry. The straps and back have a padded stretch mesh layer that help wick away sweat and moisture. The large interior includes a padded laptop sleeve.
